Hello!
My name is; Ms. Allena Anne Marsh and I am in my 50's. I wanted to let you know that because 1) . Age does NOT always mean no energy or lack of brain cells left, I can assure you I have plenty of both if not more than ever,and 2) with age I've become 109% more dependable, understanding, patient, reliable, hard working, etc. I've certainly learned the value of listening and communicating whether it be with family members, supervises as well as clients themselves. COMMUNICATION AND LISTENING ARE TWO VERY IMPORTANT QUALITIES EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE NO MATTER WHAT THEIR PROFESSION! I have wired I. Caregiving as long as I can remember, starting in college - present. However, after my mama passed of lung cancer back in 1993 , it even still took me years to realize the importance of helping the 'family members' as well as the patients themselves get through these extremely hard times . I remember all too well that when my mama got sick, those last 4 months I went from my home in Littleton, to work in Denver (40 hrs), and then straight to moms after work to stay every night with he until I started all over again the next morning. Many people warned me I was wearing myself out but nothing could have kept me from her, especially since we were all each other had. It probably took 10 years for me to finally realize it is OKAY and most likely NECESSARY to say YES help. It is OKAY to take care of your own self and your family's. I understand feeling guilty if you need to leave their side for even a moment. I understand how emotionally exhausting it can be to try and do it all. And now, this is where I come in. I am available anytime, day or night, weekends, overnights, last minute, fill in, all of it. I can help you not only with caretaking but also household chores, errands, perhaps with your children,, any type of personal things that might come up. I sadly have had too many years experience with this, however, thanks to my sweet mom, I have discovered a way to help people in need. I feel SO much better to know I have helped you, your family, your loved one, even your pets during these already trying times. I have been described as sweet, as a ' ray of sunshine', honest, dependable, caring, responsible, personable and funny just to name a few 😊
