With over 10 years of caregiving experience, I offer calm, confident, and emotionally supportive care for elders navigating life’s transitions. My approach centers on companionship, active listening, and creating a gentle presence that fosters comfort and trust.

I support memory care needs and promote healthy self-care and emotional well-being, helping elders feel more confident, self-assured, and validated in their daily lives. I also work with adults with developmental differences, drawing from my background in ABA therapy and my role as a Board Certified Autism Technician. My studies in psychology and education, with emphasis on exceptional learners, has given me appreciation for how people grow and learn in different ways -and shaped how I provide care. I have unwavering patience, foster curiosity, and don't place unnecessary limits on what someone is capable of.

In addition to emotional support, I assist with cooking, medication administration, and basic household tasks to help maintain a safe, nourishing, and comfortable home environment. I am certified in CPR, First Aid, QBS safety, and medication administration, providing care that is both warm and reliable.
