I'm going to be honest I can give you my resume with my experience and my references. I've been working for agency since I started and I have not enjoyed working for other people. I love what I do and get along well with clients. I might not get along with everyone's family but I can guarantee my client is happy and well cared for. I'm a firm believer of keep your family in the home. Once your loved one goes into a home your hit or miss on care. I have worked in both settings and have found that the client is more comfortable in there own surrounding. Basically I'm looking for private care where I can be comfortable with what I do and get paid what I feel I am worth. By that I mean I'm the type of person I will go that extra mile to help both client and family out. I believe in being simple why cause complications when you can have help. I believe in trying to make things as easy for clients as well as family. If I can go that extra mile to relieve some stress on the family I will. Examples of that would be, reminder meds, eye drops, accompany them to the doctor I can keep them company at the doctors so family is free to run errands and have some down time. I feel my hardwork,honesty,integrity and understanding of policy of caring for people make a valuable person to have by your side. I treat others the way I would want to be treated when I'm there age. I want to have peace of mind knowing that I'm being cared for properly. I also want the family to have peace of mind. I believe strongly in communication. I am honest and fair and treat everyone with respect. I am CPR and First Aid certified, I do hold a public service license and have training working with TBI ( traumatic brain injured ). I am not a cna put can do same duties as home health aids. I don't have a home health aid license since every company is different. I am not med certified but am comfortable with somethings. I hope you find my honesty refreshing I want people to know where I'm coming from.
