I have been a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) since July 2018. I have worked with elderly residents at the Lord Chamberlain Nursing and Rehabilitation Center where I bathed, dressed, fed, ambulated and assisted my residents with their daily activities. I have worked at a step-down critical care unit at the Bridgeport Hospital where I also helped our patients with dressing, bathing, feeding, and ambulating, but also learned useful skills such as CPR (AHA certified), blood drawing, and EKG imaging. Most importantly, my experiences have taught me to be compassionate and caring to all of my patients in order to gain their trust and assure their safety.
