This position requires me to operate scanner, facsimile machine, create documents. Plans, coordinates and directs daily living activities for clients. Responsible for program budget, client assessment, client schedules/daily living activities, client work/program schedules, health and safety of clients, daily operation and training, supervising, and assisting direct care staff. Assist in hiring, training, evaluating, and personnel action needed to provide quality care to clients. Train direct care staff in protection of client’s rights. Evaluate direct care staff job performance during probationary period and annually. Provide on-site supervision in compliance with the Administration of Medication to clients as approved by DDS regulations. Coordinate direct care staff schedules to ensure the needs of the clients are meet. Provide training as needed or designated to direct care staff. Provide or complete required financial paperwork for clients in the program (i.e., monthly rent subsidy, monthly reconciliation of client funds, DSS redetermination, etc.) Provide or complete required financial paperwork for the program (i.e., petty cash verifications, accountability of program funds review, etc)
