I am a psychology bachelor graduate. I had a business back in Puerto Rico before the hurricane which gave me supervision, teamwork, time management, organization and problem solving skills. Currently I am a Behavior Monitor at the state of Massachusetts working for a Non-Profit organization. During this opportunity I have gained communication skills, different perspectives of doing rapport with clients, being cultural sensitive, different ways to implement treatment plans, ethics and policies and to redact progress reports for insurance purposes. I have previous experience as a juvenile mentor and residential counselor. Some of the highlights of my career so far are:

•Two+ years implementing treatment plans based on their emotional, physical, and psychological status as well as recommend referrals to agencies/individuals within the community. Advocating for clients when needed.

•Two years organizing and maintaining statistical data to evaluate treatment efficacy.

•Seven years utilizing well-honed organizational and interpersonal skills to provide solutions and support in difficult and stressful situations.

With my experience providing services to emotionally disturbed individuals and family support, my management and supervisor experience complemented with my dedication to provide assistance to individuals with different capacities and necessities; I believe I will be a wonderful asset to your organization.
