I am new at doing companion work since I retired last year. I take care of a lady who has dementia every third weekend. I enjoy being of assistance to her, taking her for a ride, visit to Dairy Queen, etc. Chatting with her is interesting also. she is legally blind so we cannot play cards or other games which I enjoy. I do not have any training or certification. I was a paralegal for forty plus years before retiring.
