I am a trauma-informed caregiver and former foster parent. My experience as a care companion is more personal, having lived with my boyfriend’s mother with dementia for two months and assisting in her daily routine, making the house safe, planning activities for her, ensuring she takes her medications, cooking, and light cleaning.

I have a lot of personal experience in medical care having a sister with cystic fibrosis. I have administered feeding tubes, tracheotomy care, and intravenous medications.

I am a cellist and play some piano, an avid reader who loves board games, and a writer. I would be a wonderful companion who can offer both conversation and activities as well as help with daily routines with medical awareness.
