I do not have any official training or experience like in a hospital or care facility, but for the past year, I have been my grandmother's personal care giver. I take her to all of her appointments, as well as keep track of her medications and medical papers. I take her to the grocery store to get her to move around; I also cook her whatever meals she wants to eat, being mindful of her food restrictions of course. Lastly I help her with some light housework and I am always there to try and make her laugh.
