My husband is in the navy, so we move a a lot and that means having to find new babysitters frequently. It also means that I know exactly what I'm looking for and can tell right away if a sitter is a good fit for us. When I posted a job on here, Rosemarie (Mimi) responded right away with enthusiasm and with a real interest in our family. Her qualifications are amazing and I knew that what her professional experiences would bring into our home would be insurmountable.
I have 3 young children at home, one that has difficulty separating from me, but it isn't even an issue while Mimi is here! All 3 of the kids adore her and are so excited when she's coming. She's very gentle, extremely patient, and caring. I feel completely at ease and comfortable when leaving them in her care. I know they are in very good, capable, loving hands. She plays with them, sings with them, reads to them, and best of all teaches them in a capacity only a person with her expertise can do. I couldn't be more ecstatic about our sitter!
