Attempted to schedule appt twice and first Jill’s phone didn’t work and then she had she causing someone at the hospital no call or text to reschedule till 4 hours after the scheduled appt. A WASTE of time !!!! And then she sends me a screen shot of an elderly lady and saying she is a great nanny when I was looking fir help with my kids !!!!
