Hi (: I'm Briana! I am currently taking some time off to travel and spend with family before I attend medical school this coming August. I graduated from the University of Florida in 2021 with a degree in health sciences and I have worked as a licensed EMT and certified nursing assistant. I am very passionate about serving others and have dedicated a great deal of my community service and volunteer time to working with children with autism spectrum disorder. Growing up, I took care of my special needs cousin, and this experience has driven my passion for caring for others. It taught me the patience and compassion that are needed to care for all persons.

Throughout my college years, I helped a friend with childcare, specifically with after-school care and homework. I love math and science which is apparent in my education and experiences so I have tutored many children and even classmates. I also love exploring hobbies with children, especially those involving enriching and thoughtful activities, such as puzzles and problem-solving board games.

Further, I love to cook a variety of food, constantly trying new cuisines, and I love to spend time with my mini Goldendoodle! We spend weekends and cool afternoons exploring walking trails and meeting other pups around Orlando.
