Hi there! My name is Cierra, and I’m a recent UCF graduate with my Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration. I’m currently preparing to begin my Master’s in Health Administration and actively working toward becoming a licensed Nursing Home Administrator. My long-term mission is to ensure that seniors receive the highest quality, respectful, and compassionate care — and caregiving allows me to live out that purpose every day.
I truly love working with older adults. I was raised around my grandmother and one of my favorite jobs was working at the nursing facility she resided in. My professional experience includes working in customer service and healthcare settings such as skilled nursing and Chick-Fil-A, where I assisted with resident support, family communication, documentation, and day-to-day care coordination. These roles taught me how important it is to treat every individual with empathy and respect, and how meaningful companionship can be in someone’s daily life.
As a caregiver, I bring a calm presence, strong communication skills, and a dependable work ethic. I’m comfortable assisting with companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, mobility support, errands, medication reminders, and creating a safe, positive environment. I take pride in being responsible, attentive, and trustworthy — qualities I believe every family deserves.
