My passion is to work with seniors because I feel they deserve all the attention, love and care to continue the days of their life happy. I'm a Certified Nurse assistant, and have training from the Red Cross. My work experience was performing duties caring for patients in a nursing home under direction of nursing and medical staff.
I answered signal lights, and the bell and intercom system to determine patient's needs. It also included the following: managing and coaching the performance of associates to reach targets. Working as a nursing assistant turned and repositioned bed rest patients to prevent bedsores. I successfully managed an 8 person team helping patients. I recorded temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, food and fluid intake and output, as directed.
