Hello! My name is Jazmin and I’ve been in this field since 2021. I started out as patient care assistant at a nursing home named Dolphin Pointe and I absolutely loved it! I’ve worked in a few other other facilities around Jacksonville getting as much experience as I can. Still to this year in 2023 I’m still working in healthcare I currently work at ponta vedra gardens as a resident caregiver. I have experience with ADLS , bathing , feeding , dressing and a ton of other things! I love the work I do I’m very bubbly , very outgoing , sweet and more than anything a hardworker! I have a HHA certificate as well and from time to time I go to residents homes and provide care for them.
