I have recently moved to Florida from the UK.
In the UK i am a Registered Nurse in Learning Disabilities with a First Class Honours Degree.
I have been a care giver for 18 years, i have worked in the private care sector and for the local council, with children and adults with learning disabilities and mental health, as a support worker, youth worker and musical theater teacher.
My last job in the UK was a staff nurse in an acquired brain injury rehabilitation and long term care unit, where i was trained in ventilation and Tracheostomy care. I have completed all relevant certificates, First aid, Manual handling, medication management, health and safety, food hygiene.
I am unable to work as a RN in the US unless i return to university to re-train.
I am currently a stay at home Mom with a 5 year old daughter and have been babysitting for friends and neighbors.
I would need to bring my daughter along during the daytime until she starts school on August 13th, she is very well behaved and has come along to jobs i have worked and always tries to help care.
I currently spend my days doing arts and craft, baking, swimming, playing and going out on adventures.
I am able to work a regular day or days of the week to work in on your schedule. I am also available evenings and weekends for one off's.
