My name is Lynn Sposito and I've lived in Central Florida for the last 25 years. I'm originally from New York.

I'd love an opportunity to share about myself as a companion for your loved one.

I'm a Mom of 2 adult kids & was care-giver for my Mom during her journey w/ Alzheimer's.

Caring for my Mom & walking the journey of Alzheimer's w/ her, I'm well versed in the stages & limitations of the disease. Believing that EVERYONE should be treated w/ dignity & respect, I believe there's room for more love, gratitude & patience for those deserving to finish strong in this life.

I have compassion and empathy for the family members as well as for the one I am caring for. Since I've walked this journey, I understand the need for respite care, have a genuine love and respect for the families journey and for the elder one in need of care. I'm a great companion, offering meal prep, conversation, gentle prompting and can even bring simple arts and crafts to your loved one for an activity! I'm a professional artist and believe in the power of art and music being very therapeutic for all ages.

Besides my own Mother, I have cared for a an 89 year old woman with Parkinson's. I've aided her mobility with walking and exercises. I've cooked for her with her dietary restrictions and have driven her to appointments.

I've helped with light laundry, dishes and vacuuming. My greatest joy with her is the smile of gratitude in her eyes. It's something that I was not able to experience with my Mom and I am most grateful for the opportunity. I'd love to be a help to you and your loved one.
