• Provide psychological support to kids living in foster care homes and closely monitor them
• Closely monitor the psychological needs of the patients by involving in their daily activities such as assist them in classroom.
• Assist and managing aggressive patients utilizing P.C.M, and demonstrate knowledge of doctor’s orders such as close observation, one-to-one supervision, seclusion and restraint.
• Observing daily the behavior of the patients to make progress notes of their mental status and report it to their therapist.
• Observe and influence patients' behavior, communicating and interacting with them and teaching, counseling and befriending.
• Encourage patients to develop work skills and to participate in social, recreational, and other therapeutic activities that enhance interpersonal skills and develop social relationships.
• Supervising and disciplining aggressive kids who live in shelters.
