I am a Mother to two amazing children. I have been married to my husband for many years. I would love to help you care for your loved one if I am able. Some things I do in my personal life consist of.

Dr. Appointments:
My husband unfortunately, developed Long Covid about 4-5 years ago. With that said, I have spent many days driving my husband to and from all his appointments.

Grocery Shopping:
Grocery Shopping is something I love to do. So taking a loved one of yours to the grocery store would be something I have no issues doing. Another option, would be to send me a list of things your loved one would need and I would have no issue going shopping and bringing the items to the house and putting them away.

Someone to talk to:
I am a person who enjoys talking. If your loved one is in need of someone to talk to regularly, I would love to strike up a conversation.

Exercise:
Taking walks around the neighborhood would be a good way to boost mental health whilst also getting some good exercise in.
