Both of my grandmothers lived with my husband and I, we took care of them until they passed away. My husband taught me a lot because he is an CNA and works in a living assistance home. Where I come from we take care of our elders ourselves, so it was just natural for me to do it. I was a lot of work, but I enjoyed both of my grandmas because I was really closed to them all my life. Now my mom lives with us, but thank God she is in good health.

Estela has been working with our family of 3 little boys (ages 1, 5 and 6) for over a year for 25-45 hrs/wk. She has done an amazing job of taking care of our baby and making my life a lot easier so I can spend quality time with all of my children. She is willing to work most hours and even helped sleep train our baby. She has never missed a day. On top of everything she is an excellent cook and is very good at preparing healthy, organic meals and does a great job of cleaning up. I can always count on her to be there and to pick up extra hours in a pinch. I have moved a lot so she is the fourth nanny I have worked with and she is by far the most flexible and the best chef (which gives you so much more quality time with your kids.) She is active with the kids and they have a fun time with her. We are moving away in June which is why she is for hire, otherwise we would never let her go.
