Hello...my name is Sheri. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I know how hard it must be to trust a stranger with your loved ones as I Have had to do the same in the past for my own father and brother. Now for the past 8 years I have been a caregiver to the elderly with dementia. Their stories of the "olden days" just fascinate me. I need to give love and care to someone in need as much as they need to be cared for and I will treat them with the respect they deserve... With an open heart and the compassion I would give my own. My duties have included, but not limited to good conversation of course and listening to really know what they want or need. I Drive to doctors, do food shopping and errands, light housekeeping, laundry, medication management, I cook from scratch, shower or bathe, personal care, dressing, feeding, walks, outings or anything else they want or need. I can even fix a toilet and garbage disposal... My dad was a plumber. I have also done gardening and home decor. I would love To meet with you and discuss your needs and concerns.
