I had a pleasant phone conversation with Manuela. She seemed both polite and capable. She expressed interest in my role and said she could start right away if need be.

I set up a follow up meeting. Manuela never bothered to show up or call. I reached out to Manuela to ensure that there was no miscommunication. She never responded back to my call or text.

Based on my very bad experience with Manuela, I can not recommend her to the Sittercity community. She appears mature but in fact, she proved herself to be an unreliable candidate.
