Hello! My name is Tylee and I am currently a full-time student at USF for Science Education, hoping to become a secondary science teacher by 2024. I was born and raised in the Tampa, FL area and have about 2 years of experience as a caregiver and working with kids. For the past year, I have been working in a group home for young adults with intellectual, physical, and behavioral disabilities. My position as the Lead Direct Caregiver includes administering scheduled and PRN medications, working with a BCBA to implement individual behavior plans and report back with accurate data, cleaning and cooking for our clients, and, my favorite, planning community or home events for our clients to enjoy. I also have experience tutoring middle schoolers in science, as well. I consider myself an upbeat individual that is a quick learner, and I am eager to share my positivity with others.
