While my career has been in the Mortgage Lending Industry. I found myself living in a “sandwich “ generation. I worked full time and took great pride and joy in caring for my Son-now in college while simultaneously working and scheduling care for my wonderful Mother. My Mom had been diagnosed with early stages of dementia and other health issues, and passed away after 5 years of caring for her, as she is now with the Lord. During my college years and early 20’s I worked as a CNA providing in home Senior Care alongside my Mom who worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse. My Mom taught me about joy, pride and compassion in caring for others. During my later years; the experiences I had in caring for my Mom both in our home and Nursing Home- truly made me realize that caring for others may be my calling. The impact, importance and value of quality care indeed makes a difference in ones everyday life. I would like to continue my Moms legacy in providing quality care to individuals in need.
