Hope your Monday is off to a great start. I am a 53 year old single female who recently moved to West Palm Beach, FL to help care for a friends elderly Mom. It gives her family a piece of mind to have someone stay with her at night and she is able to do many things herself as well. I have been in health and wellness for the past 13 years and dx with a very rare cancer in 2014. I am fully functioning,, healthy, triathlete and workout often. After my dx and the rarity of Sarcoma Cancer I resigned my position in February 2015 and started a non-profit to raise awareness that is less than 1% of approx 1.7 million cancers dx.in 2017.We make up a population of 10,000 with 20% our future and younger generation.

In the future I would like to get another dog I can train for therapy and take into children's hospitals, eldery, special needs and just to see the unconditional love of a dog put a big grin on their face I love patient advocacy and encouraging others never to give up, keep the faith or lose HOPE.

I have current AED/CPR and hold certifications with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, CPT, CES, health coach and nutrition. Eating well is catalyst. We still need to enjoy the foods we love in moderation.

The only flexibility I will need which is coming up over the next three months is our signature charity event in Arkansas "Strike Out Sarcoma" July 13th and I have my sarcoma scans that same day. I go to Little Rock, Ar to see my sarcoma oncologist for scans 3 X a year. So nothing major but a few days here or there. If my scans are clear in July I won't have to return to Little Rock until December.
