Hi! I’m Emma, and I am a UGA alumni after having received my bachelor's in psychology! I hope to pursue my Master's in Social Work starting Fall of 2028, taking a couple of gap years to save up some money before taking on more student loans!
I have a lot of experience in caregiving, currently working as a direct support professional for two disabled adults, but have worked with more in the past as well. I have worked mostly with clients who have mobility and developmental disorders, but am always happy to learn new skills and how to best support people through their conditions. I began working in caregiving through working at a daycare in my senior year of high school, and have been babysitting and nannying since I was 16! I’m also comfortable working with pets of all shapes and sizes, and enjoy cleaning and cooking if you need assistance with these tasks as well!
I currently have availability most Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays from 10 am to 10 pm. I can be flexible with my care rates depending on distance traveled, whether I need to drive the client places, and how long the shifts will be, so we can always discuss and find a rate that works for both of us!
