I have 30 years of experience attending occupational, physical, and speech therapies with my two developmentally delayed cousins. I worked on their therapy goals with them weekly outside of their appointments. As they have aged, I have continued to gain new experiences. I love to attend medical conferences with my Aunt to gain further knowledge of their disabilities. Recently, I created a speech board via the app on my youngest cousin's iPad for him to use daily. When they are under my care, some of the tasks I am in charge of include bathing, dressing, giving medication, preparing meals, entertaining/playing, providing transportation to their day program/events, and create outings related to their ISP goals. I provide Respite Care to friends of the family. I am employed with a family, through the NOW Waiver/Acumen Fiscal Agency, for CAI and Respite Care. I have 17 years of experience as a nationally certified pharmacy technician.
