Provide behavioral/emotional support and supervision for those with dementia and Alzheimer's.
Assist patients with multiple chronic diagnoses including COPD and asthma. Tack and recorded patients' temperature, pulse and blood pressure.Provided assistance with daily personal care tasks, including but not limited to bathing,
grooming, dressing, toileting, transferring, mobilizing/exercising, eating, drinking, etc.
•Transport and Accompany patients to medical/dental care appointments,
personal therapies, grocery store, shopping, and other community resources while encouraging self-sufficiency
•Performe necessary household duties including but not limited to: meal preparation, bed
making, laundry, etc.
