My goal is to provide excellent customer service and care. I have over 11 years in customer service. I know the importance of confidential and time sensitive material. It is my belief that service should be prompt, courteous and accurate. I am a certified dispatcher with the state of Georgia and I am also Georgia Work Ready certified.

• 2009-2014- Home health aide- I assist elderly and disabled patients with household duties such as preparing meals, personal hygiene, cleaning, hair care and oral care. I keep record and watch for any changes with my clients. I observe for skin tears and changes in their diet. I always care for my patients the way I would care for my mother or a loved one.

• 2003-2006, 2011- Fort Gaines Police Dept., Clay County Sheriff’s Office – 911 operator – I was a 911 operator, I answered the phones and relayed the information to on duty officers and EMS. My duties consisted of filling out the booking and arrest reports when an individual was placed in police custody. I would take the individuals personal information as well as demographic and enter it into our cad system. I would perform license and registration inquires through GCIC. I filed, faxed, and also did light bookkeeping. I fingerprinted and entered the information into the database. I also took monies for probation fees.

• 2006-2009 – New Horizon and YDC - I worked as a social worker assistant. I assisted the social worker with intake process of the children, we would have a sit down with the kids and parent and discuss their needs and areas that need improving. I would go to the child’s classroom and observe how they would interact in a group setting. I had intervention with those with developmental needs. I prepared learning activities, such as games that would help with them learn how to concentrate and focus. I would keep a detailed record and chart all milestones or setbacks. I would also visit the child at home, to see if we could better accommodate them and their parents.
