Over 10 yes experience in home health as Home Health Aid/ patient care assistant. I enjoy working with all types of ppl from every walk of life, however I find that working with the elderly is my favorite. I learn so much ftom them . Patience is needed, yes but they sometimes just need someone to talk to and who w as nts to listen and me well I love listening about it all. An old soul is what I've always been called. I guess it helps to know more about myself also I have 3 kids one who is special needs. All boys so patience would be my biggest strenght. My weakness I would say is I'm soft hearted and I end up caring for my clients / patients like family . Many ppl tell me leave work at work. All my clients so far family have became good friends but I love that and what I do.
