●Wake up the residents I bring them to the restroom I also change,bathe,brush their teeth,and clothe them. I do a little house keeping like make their beds,and empty their trash cans.

Accomplishments
●The impact I had during this job was one of the residents had to go to physical therapy and he fussed not to go. Everyone tried to get him up but he just fussed. So I talked to him calmly and said that he had to go to physical therapy to work on his strength. He looked at me and said ok. When I pulled up with him everyone thanked me one of the nurses gave me an Above And Beyond award for getting the resident up.
