Duties: Assist clients with ADLs (feeding, bathing, dressing, nail care, cleaning, cooking, laundry), daily weight, intake/output monitoring, blood glucose monitoring for the diabetic client, ensure proper diet while incorporating a Little Debbie or two :) , (moderation moderation!), lite and fun activities, Range of motion, stretches, lite massages given while listening to soothing music, re-direction of the memory care client to ensure safety, every 2 hour repositioning to prevent skin breakdown and promote adequate circulation
Goal is to maintain client's respect and dignity and ensure and maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment.
