I have worked with the elderly for over 5 years.The rest of the time I have been a nanny. The elderly and I get along really well.I treat them as human beings not like old people.I will try to get them to try and walk a little if possible.I will not let them fill sorry for them selves.I will have them to take a little walk if they are able and if not we will go out and sit for a while. You will see a different person by the end of the week.
