Hello! My name is Sheila and I am a personal, in
-home caregiver. I have over 10+ years of paid caregiving experience and have worked in a wide variety of settings including home health, hospice, long term care/assisted living and acute care. My last job was as a CNA at Stanford Health Care in Palo Alto, CA and during my three years there I worked in the post-surgical trauma unit and the cardiovascular ICU. My wealth of experience makes me comfortable with many cares including assistance with feeding, Alzheimers/Dementia patients, light meal prep, medication prompting, monitoring vitals, g-tube and assisting with ambulation/assistive devices.

I am a student at Boise State University with pursuits towards medicine. I am a quick learner, patient, and kind. I have certifications in CPR/BLS, ACLS, and PALS.

My rates start at $20 an hour. I try my best to respond as promptly as I can but please allow 24 hours as I am in lectures and making sure I can accommodate your needs!
