I love being able to assist older people remain in their own home and to remain as vital as their lives allow them to be. I’m not bothered by hearing the same stories over and over. I have been assisting my elderly (87) father for the last 2 years, since his stroke, so I’ve heard lots of stories. It makes my day to be able to help someone feel less lonely. I have worked as a hospice aide, an activities director for an assisted living facility. I have experience working with people in their own homes. I have a bachelor degree in Social Work. I worked as a disability advocate for 4 years and have advocated for many seniors in that job. Life threw me a curve ball when Covid hit and I have been working with children since then. I have also been taking care of my Granddaughter for the last 3 years. On the two days that I help my dad I take my Granddaughter with me and they have the sweetest relationship. My Granddaughter is starting preschool, so I have more time on my hands and would love to help your family feel safe, and loved. I look forward to meeting you and your family,
