Hi my name is Trisha, I'm 31 and have 3 wonderful kids. My kid range from 4 to 12 two girls and the oldest is a boy. I chose to get into caregiving in 2015 unexpectedly when I went to out of state for the death of my grandmother. When my family and I arrived we then found out how poor of shape my grandpa was in and when it was time for family to leave I was left with no choice but to stay and care for him. I ended up having to take on the responsibility of changing diapers, bathing, medication reminders, house keeping, grocery shopping, preparing meals and just being there for him to talk to him and keep him company. As the time went on he was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and ended up passing. I'm now living with my other grandmother where I help her on a daily basis with small thing she may need help with but am looking for a job to get me put of the house and interacting with others.
