I've been helping the elderly for many years. I have experience with dementia patients. My goal is to help the elderly (with or without dementia) to be as independent as they are able to be and always be there to help them when necessary. I am very patient and I look to build self-esteem and confidence in the people I work with. I have completed several training courses through my employers, one of which was in regard to dementia.
