My is Adenike Tajudeen, I am a caregiver with 3 years of experience working with clients that need companionship, where I assisted with general ADLS , like bathing, meal preparation, light house keeping , medication reminder etc wether with a client that is still on his or her feet without support with walking or client that needs a bit of support,with gait belt or hoyer lift I have had experience with them all. I have some certificates of completion to show my competency with cases like dementia, observations reporting and documenting etc.
