I have been a caregiver since 2006......I have had a background check and am fingerprinted through the caregiver database...I have my CPR and AED training updated in March of 2017...I have my caregiver certification through an agency I worked for this past December......I have worked with seniors in their homes...I believe it is important to keep loved ones in the familiar surroundings of their own homes..I realized how important this was with my own mother....and needed to depend on caregivers to trust them with my mom...I know that it is a difficult decision to make to look for a dependable trustworthy caregiver....I can relate to families when making these decisions..I have worked with seniors with dementia most of the time. and also with hospice patients...
