I have been careing for others my whole life. When I was younger I used to care for a young boy with autism to make money to save for college. The money never mattered cause yes he was difficult at times but I loved it. I had the pleasure of running into him a few years ago and he has become an amazing young man.
The last ten years I have been going to people's houses and doing light housekeeping and laundry. I pick up their prescriptions as well and make sure they're taking them. I cook for them as well and usually eat with them and have conversation or I enjoy listening to their stories.
I decided to go to healthcare services in Streamwood. I received my CNA certification. I am now an Illinois registered CNA.
