We spoke with Melissa after she expressed interest in our job posting. After several emails and phone calls back and forth, we attempted to meet twice. She was a no call, no show both times after we made arrangements to be available to meet her. Not a good trait to show reliability if she is looking to be a nanny for families who would rely on her to be punctual, show up for work, and communicate regularly.
