Hi! My name is Jinny, and I'm an autistic adult residing with my fiancé in Palatine. I am looking to serve as a part time mentor/companion to another autistic individual. I believe self determination and self advocacy come naturally from being with "your own people," and I've learned that by being connected with some great autistic mentors of my own. I don't believe in trying to teach someone to be untrue to themselves, and even though I have my own M.Ed credentials, I have chosen not to go down that career path.
