I participated for the Dementia Care Training program of the Avila Institute of Gerontology and have a CPR certification. I am a very helpful person and I believe it really takes someone special to work patiently and lovingly with someone who has Dementia. I have loved and lost countless amount of grandparents so no matter how difficult my day is, they really brighten my mood because I feel like I am taking care of my own family.
