I have a basic vocational certificate in early childhood from Elgin Community College. Until recently, I was a bus aide for Two Rivers Head Start. The organization did not receive all of its grant money for this school year and cut most jobs. I also have worked as a classroom aide for ECC's Kids' College and as a summer camp counselor for Elgin Academy. People tell me I have a talent for working with individuals with special needs. I have a paraeducator's license and am CPR/First Aid certified.
