I have taken care of many family members who were ill. I took care of my grandfather the last 3 monthes of life. I also took care of my great uncle when he had Pancratic cancer. I also helped carre for my grandmother with dementia. I have cared for many other older people. Whether it was taking them to doctors, cooking special foods for them. Giving them medication,and doing activites they liked to do. Play cards, watch tv and go out and do things. I will stay at the persons home to give the othr care givers relief. I can stay any where from a day up to a week or longer. I also just did a job where I took care of 2 elderly woman with dementia and gave meds every 3 hours and feed took to the bath room and helped. Then for 1 week i worked every day and gave meds in morning feed breakfest helped to bathroom every 3 hours and feed gave all meds and kept them company all day.

Margaret is timely, and flexible with days/dates. She is active with the boys, and they have fun with her. She handles meals and clean up, which is nice not to have to come home to.

Margaret was able to help us out at the last minute when our regular sitter cancelled. She was on time, brought games for our kids to play, and did an excellent job with them. On top of that, she cleaned our house after the kids went to bed! I would be happy for her to sit for us again and would refer her as well.
