Sheri’s Bio
I have several years of experience working with the elderly. I have experience with dementia/Alzheimer's, Parkinson's disease, as well as the daily issues of growing older with dignity. I enjoy being a companion, as well as being there for their assistance as needed to help them be safe in their own home environment. I have also worked with people who were in hospice care. I'm an animal lover such as dogs or cats. I've been known to sing church hymns to clients and well as have a good sense of humor. I do light housekeeping, laundry, run errands, take to appointments. Willing to have a drug screen and criminal background check done. I have always worked in healthcare. I'm willing to work almost anytime of the day and most days. I have worked as a home health aide, certified nursing assistant, qualified medication aide and a nurse in my past. I enjoy doing private home healthcare. I was with my last client for a little over 3 years, I’m looking for someone else because she passed away recently. I treat all my clients the way I want my family treated, with lots of respect and love. I can work 6-24 hours a day but I prefer to work 10-12 hours a day. References available upon request.
