I have a BS in Community Health and am a registered yoga teacher with special certification in trauma informed teaching. I have taught yoga to elderly clients with varying abilities, including some in wheelchairs. I assisted in caring for both my grandma's and great grandma in the last years of their lives. This included shopping, cooking, cleaning, assisting with meds and other home needs as well as providing companionship. I value caregiving because I believe everyone deserves to be cared for with dignity at all stages of their lives. I have a always been passionate about overall health and continue to study and learn from my experiences and my yoga students. I have many years experience cooking healthy, plant based meals and holistic living.
