• Monitor necessary signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature and respiration
• Provide good skin care to avoid bed sores
• Assist with grooming and maintaining personal cleanliness
• Assist with hair, nails and oral care
• Encourage and provide activities in line with the client’s needs and capabilities
• Facilitate activities for physical and mental stimulation
• Prepare nutritious meals per recommended diet and consistency needed
• Help and encourage client to eat
• Document and record care in suitable forms
• Report unexpected changes of the client’s physical, mental or emotional health to the family or responsible party
• Arrange medicines to be taken on schedule by providing appropriate reminders
• Experience with enteral/tube feedings
