In the future I would like to become a child therapist. I have been preparing for this by working with children every chance that I get. This started by me helping my mother start a mentor program for young girls and progressed into combining with another mentor program and me leading a camp in the -fall consisting of approximately eight, 7-13 year old girls. Alongside this experience, I also volunteer at Operation Breakthrough, an early childhood care facility. I also have a host of adopted/step-siblings that I routinely help with, particularly my younger sisters, that I am very hands on with, regarding their care.
I recently earned my Associate's Degree in Liberal arts and am working on my Bachelor's in Psychology. I am CPR certified and along with a passion for helping children, I also love animals!
