I first became a certified assistant 15 years ago at the age of 18...It wasnt the best of jobs and i didnt like it at first..As mths passed by i got attatched to the residents u grew bonds with some zeeing them everday.. they became family i loved my job hearing stories from them getting close with family members who appreciated u and the work u performed... I was always good at what i do at any Cna job i had..I took pride in my work and did it well sometimes being a cna u dont get much recognition as deserved its not a easy job and u have to have a good heart and patience...
